Barker Bakes online cakes are made from only fresh and natural ingredients. These are:
- butter
- sugar
- flour
- eggs
Flavourings are added as required:
- Premium Vanilla extract
- Belgium chocolate
Fillings:
All vanilla cakes are torted and sandwiched with vanilla buttercream and premium quality raspberry jam.
Butterceam is made from:
- butter
- icing sugar
- vanilla
- fresh lemon
Chocolate buttercream has Belgium chocolate added
Icing
All vanilla cakes are covered with premium commercial sugarpaste.
Chocolate Paste
Handmade chocolate paste is made of the following:
- Chocolate
- Glucose Syrup
This is added to only just enough sugarpaste to make it workable.
