Returns

Due to the nature of our products which have a very limited shelf life and cannot be resold, refunds cannot be made unless the goods are sub-standard or damaged, and the claim must be made on collection or within 24 hours and the product must be returned as evidence and examined by ourselves. Return of a tiny piece of cake will lead to commensurate reduction of any possible refund, where it is applicable.
